Product Applications
1. Food Industry (E452i): Used as water retention agent in meat products to improve tenderness and water-holding capacity; as stabilizer in dairy products to prevent stratification; as anti-precipitation agent in beverages to maintain clarity; as texture improver in ice cream to enhance smoothness; as color protectant in canned food to prevent discoloration.
2. Water Treatment: Used as water softener to remove calcium and magnesium ions in water; as scale inhibitor to prevent scale formation in pipelines and equipment; as corrosion inhibitor for circulating water systems; as anti-scaling agent in reverse osmosis (RO) systems to extend equipment service life.
3. Industrial Dispersion: Used as dispersant in textile printing, papermaking, ceramics and coatings industries to prevent agglomeration of particles; as cement hardening accelerator to improve the strength and setting speed of cement; as metal surface treatment agent to remove rust and improve surface finish.
4. Daily Chemicals & Cleaning: Used as chelating agent in detergents to enhance decontamination effect; as stabilizer in toothpaste to prevent caking; as auxiliary agent in cleaning agents to improve cleaning efficiency.
